ABOUT US

Dawn has been part of the VIP since it's early stages in 2020. Her experience in the healthcare industry exceeds 26 years. Family and being able to pursue one's dreams are Dawn's biggest principles. 

Arcis started her journey at VIP in 2020 as an Office Assistant. She is now working the role of HR. She began her healthcare journey at 18 years old when she began providing care for her grandfather. When Arcis is not working, she enjoys spending time her daughter.

Brittany joined the VIP team in 2020 and has about 7 years in the healthcare field. She has worked various roles within VIP and is now serving as the Project Manager. She is bilingual with American Sign Language being her second language. 

Deron Pickens started with the company in 2020 as Accounts Payable and is now the Office Manager. Deron received a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development and Leadership. His motto: "A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way." (Unknown)

  Alexis graduated from The University of Toledo with a bachelor's in Exercise Science and an Associate's in Cardiovascular Technology. She is a registered Vascular Technologist through ARDMS and has been working in the medical field for 16 years.

Lakeshia graduated from Hondros College with an associate degree in nursing. Prior to becoming a RN, she worked as an LPN for 8 years and as a STNA for 8 years, totaling 16 years in the medical field.
